Hello and welcome to the stream recap, where I will go over the important details of the following nights stream just in case you missed it. Last night saw our hero (me) playing some Destiny on PS4. The night started slow for the weary Warlock, Jertnaka, as he tried to take on a strike by himself. It would have been fine if I hadn’t shot a rocket to close.
After about 10 minutes of unsuccessful strikes ( I gave up right after blowing myself up) I decided it was time to test my strength in the crucible. I headed into the tower just to check on the bounties posted and took off! Today was for skirmishes. I didn’t know how this would turn out, as each time I have tried the skirmish matches before tonight I was largely unimpressed with my teammates and my play. Until tonight, that is.
The bounty was simple, complete 5 skirmish matches. I don’t even have to win them, but turns out I would be leading the way anyways. First 4 matches my Warlock was on top of the charts, averaging 2.2 K/D ratio and winning my matches by a large margin. The 4th match i saw my greatest score ever with a 3.29 (23 kills, 7 deaths). It wasn’t until the 5th and final match that i had cooled down, losing that match with .75 K/D (still highest on my team sadly enough).
I finished the five matches i set out for, and came back with a little bit more confidence in my multi-player ability. It’s no where near any of the top players out there, but I definitely see an improvement. Next time I am hoping to do either a Nightfall or Raid for you guys!
